Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud-Native Deployment Specialist to join our client deployment team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our solutions, working closely with our pre-sales engineering and product development teams to align on client needs and product requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deployment and Integration: Design, deploy, and integrate cloud-native solutions using Kubernetes, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Lab and Test Environment Setup: Plan, prepare, and set up lab, test, and production environments for client and partnership deployments, ensuring efficient and effective testing.
  • Automation and Optimization: Focus on automating technical deployment processes, identifying ways to speed up these processes, and maintaining, monitoring, administering, and updating current deployments to ensure stability.
  • Incident Management and Support: Provide 2nd-level support, error analysis, and classification, helping with incident management and coordinating customer requests.
  • Operational Efficiency: Unlock operational efficiency in deployment and support procedures, ensuring seamless delivery of our solutions.
Requirements
  • Linux Administration: Experience with Linux machines, including setup, administration, and operation.
  • Complex Networking: Experience with complex networking infrastructures, including routing, switching, firewalls, and load balancing techniques.
  • Telecommunications Systems: Knowledge of telecommunications systems, including 4G, 5G, and IMS.
  • Kubernetes Administration: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration.
  • Debugging and Tracing: Debugging and tracing skills, including Wireshark.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English.

  • Virtualization and Cloud Computing: Understanding of virtualization and cloud computing.
  • Signaling Standards and Protocols: Knowledge of signaling standards and protocols, including SIP and Diameter.
  • Public Cloud Experience: Experience with public cloud platforms, such as AWS and GCP.
