- Implement prototypes for new battery cell concepts in different sample phases.
- Scout and benchmark innovative battery cell materials, developing respective cell chemistries alongside cell architects.
- Test and validate battery cell performance against requirements.
- University degree in chemical engineering, electrical engineering, physics, chemistry, materials sciences, or a similar field.
- In-depth professional experience in electric storage technologies, particularly battery cells.
- Expertise in cathode and anode active materials.
- Knowledge of battery cell production processes.
- Experience working with international suppliers.
- Excellent communicative skills in German and English (oral and written).
