Join us for an engaging internship opportunity in the field of Human Resources, specifically within our Program and Workforce Management team. This team plays a crucial role in supporting management and production areas through effective workforce planning.

As an intern, you will gain valuable insights into various aspects of workforce planning and recruitment, while also familiarizing yourself with the diverse tools and concepts utilized in our HR operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and implementing onboarding events for flexible employment groups.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for various departments, including the HR Service Center and works council, on specific topics.
  • Advising managers on matters related to flexible employment models.
  • Preparing evaluations and presentations on HR-related topics.
  • Contributing to projects focused on digitalization in HR and future production methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in economics, social sciences, industrial engineering, business informatics, or a related field.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
  • Skilled in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated commitment and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Possess an analytical mindset and strategic approach to tasks.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in your work.
