Position Overview

This internship offers a unique opportunity to delve into the realm of Human Resources at a leading automotive manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be involved in:

  • Coordinating and executing onboarding initiatives for various employment groups.
  • Serving as the primary contact for all relevant stakeholders, including specialized departments and HR service centers.
  • Providing guidance to management regarding flexible employment arrangements.
  • Preparing analyses and presentations on topics related to human resources.
  • Participating in projects focused on the digital transformation of HR and future production methodologies.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A degree in economics, social sciences, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
  • Strong skills in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A commitment to teamwork and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • An analytical mindset and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Self-motivation and initiative.
