Key Responsibilities- Manage spares inventory, ensuring timely and efficient warehouse operations.
- Conduct quarterly stock takes in local warehouses and service partner locations.
- Perform onsite minor break-fix hardware maintenance, including hot swap hard disk replacement and cable reseating.
- Conduct onsite physical and logical audits for proactive sparing.
- Ensure all supported incidents or tickets are resolved within SLAs.
- Implement a 24/7 support structure to ensure seamless IT operations.
- Comply with company policies to protect TRT's interests.
- Monitor warehouse inventory movements and ensure compliance with TRT's global standards.
- Coordinate with the FE/SeP team for urgent part requirements onsite.
- Handle coordination and maintain good working relationships with logistics and service partners/local vendors for urgent logistics sparing.
- Ensure procedures are followed properly when onsite.
- Provide on-time support for spare parts.
