Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at our Nuremberg location. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first- and second-level technical support to customers and employees via phone, email, and on-site visits.
  • Respond to and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Document and track technical issues using our ticketing system.
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of IT projects.
Requirements
  • Relevant education in computer science or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a service desk or help desk environment.
  • Excellent technical skills, including Windows client and server systems, hardware, and network technologies.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
