We are seeking a motivated individual for the role of Junior BMP Performance Manager (m/f/d) at Allianz in Munich.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage BMP (Business Master Platform) Finance: Budgets, controlling, preparations, and analyses
- Oversee Performance Management: Setup, software utilization, KPIs, benefits, and costs
- Prepare high-level stakeholder meetings with senior management and supervisory boards, including storytelling, communication, and presentations
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related fields
- Internship experience in financial services or consulting is advantageous
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to work effectively under pressure
- Experience in managing diverse stakeholders and expectations
- Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong computer skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Power BI is a plus
