As a Junior BMP Performance Manager (m/f/d), you will join a leading organization in Munich, contributing to the enhancement of business performance management processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage BMP (Business Master Platform) Finance tasks, including budgeting, controlling, and analysis
- Oversee performance management processes, including software implementation and KPI tracking
- Prepare and facilitate high-level stakeholder meetings, including presentations and communication strategies
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related fields
- Internship experience in financial services or consulting is advantageous
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities and capacity to work under pressure
- Experience in managing stakeholder relationships
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Strong computer skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Power BI is a plus
