Dual Master: Junior Performance Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Performance Manager to join our team at SAPHIR Deutschland GmbH. As a Junior Performance Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and managing business performance metrics, analyzing data, and providing insights to senior management and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business performance metrics and dashboards using tools such as Power BI
  • Analyze data and provide insights to senior management and stakeholders
  • Prepare and present high-level stakeholder meetings with senior management and supervisory board
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field
  • Previous internships in the financial services or consulting industry are an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Study Program
