KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive assessments of the Parkinson's and MS markets in Europe, identifying customer needs and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
- Strategic Development: Formulate and implement robust marketing strategies for the neurology portfolio, ensuring alignment with both global and regional goals.
- Brand Management: Lead the annual brand planning process, ensuring local brand plans are executed effectively while identifying potential synergies across the region.
- Customer Engagement: Enhance the local customer engagement framework, providing necessary tools and processes to support Key Account Management and digital initiatives.
- KOL Engagement: Collaborate with key opinion leaders to enrich our regional KOL management strategies.
- Campaign Development: Create and execute impactful brand campaigns utilizing a multi-channel approach to maximize outreach.
- Launch Support: Assist local markets in preparing for product launches, leveraging global templates and resources.

- Event Leadership: Take charge of relevant neurology conferences and events, engaging with healthcare professionals and patient advocacy groups.
