Ihre Aufgaben:

In der Funktion des IT-Service Owners agieren Sie als Schnittstelle zwischen internen IT-Anforderern und externen Dienstleistern zur Steuerung des SAP-Basis-Betriebs. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Priorisierung und Umsetzung von IT-Anforderungen im SAP-Basis Bereich und gewährleisten die Qualitätssicherung sowie die Einhaltung der festgelegten Serviceprozesse. Regelmäßige Service Review Meetings mit dem externen Dienstleister gehören ebenso zu Ihren Aufgaben wie die Pflege eines Service Backlogs, das Anforderungen, Optimierungen und Änderungen umfasst. Sie überwachen die Einhaltung von Service Level Agreements und sind zuständig für das Service Monitoring sowie das Reporting. Zudem unterstützen Sie die Budgetplanung in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich. Eine eigenständige und regelmäßige Dokumentation im Bereich SAP-Basis sowie die Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Fachkonzepten fallen ebenfalls in Ihren Aufgabenbereich. Sie tragen zur Verwaltung von Lizenzen im IT-Umfeld bei.

Ihr Profil:

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich IT-Systemmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit IT-Fokus. Idealerweise haben Sie bereits Erfahrung als IT-Service Owner sowie in der Steuerung externer Dienstleister gesammelt. Kenntnisse im Software Lizenzmanagement sind von Vorteil. Ihre Arbeitsweise ist zuverlässig und selbstständig, ergänzt durch einen strukturierten Arbeitsstil. Sie zeichnen sich durch gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung aus. Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
