About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our global accumulator business, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive new customer projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute market research plans to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities and prepare detailed market reports.
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive new customer projects and develop training events for sales colleagues and customers.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and technical expertise in the hydraulic and accumulator market.
- Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative mindset and a customer-centric approach.
