Digital Business Development Specialist (w/m/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

Entwicklung, Implementierung und Verwaltung von Geschäftsentwicklungsplänen gemäß strategischen Projekten und Initiativen

Identifizierung und Bewertung neuer Wachstumschancen in aktuellen und zukünftigen Märkten

Entwicklung und Durchführung von Marketingkampagnen, einschließlich der Erstellung relevanter Inhalte

Gewinnen Sie neue Leads, indem Sie digitalen Traffic über Landing Pages und andere Wege konvertieren

Optimierung des Online-Auftritts

Durchführung von Marktforschung und -analyse

Starker Beitrag und kreativer Input für die Implementierung digitaler Tools zur Leadgenerierung, Vertriebsunterstützung und Kundenbindung

Interner Partner für Kundenservice-Aktivitäten

Unterstützung des Marketing-Teams bei täglichen Aufgaben (z.B. Erstellung von Angeboten)

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im digitalen B2B-Marketing und Business Development, idealerweise in einem Industrieunternehmen

Hohes Verständnis von digitalen Marketingelementen wie SEO/SEM und Google Analytics

Erfahrung mit Website-Konzeption und Interface-Design

Kreative Denkweise und Hands-on-Mentalität

Technisches Know-how im Hydraulik
- und Speichermarkt ist ein Bonus.

Vertrautheit mit CRM-Software und anderen Vertriebstools
