Beschreibung der Position

Unser Kunde ist ein führender, global agierender Zulieferer der Automobilindustrie mit Sitz in einer attraktiven deutschen Metropolregion.

Aufgaben
  • Beobachtung und Analyse des relevanten globalen Beschaffungsmarkts
  • Steuerung des strategischen und operativen Einkaufs über das gesamte Einkaufsvolumen
  • Gestaltung, Implementierung und laufende Überwachung der Einkaufsstrategie
  • Verhandlung von langfristigen standardisierten Rahmenverträgen mit lokalen und globalen Lieferanten
  • Erstellung von Beschaffungsrichtlinien sowie Kontrolle der Einhaltung und Umsetzung
  • Überwachung der Vertragserfüllung für die bestehende Lieferantenbasis
  • Auswahl von Software zur Beurteilung und Bewertung der globalen Beschaffungsbedarfe wie z.B. E-Procurement, BI-Lösungen
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse und Systeme im gesamten Einkauf
  • Analyse und Optimierung der Liefermengen und der Lagerbestände anhand von Kennzahlen
  • Führung der globalen Mitarbeiterteams des Einkaufs, Delegation von Aufgaben
  • Entwickeln und implementieren einer globalen Logistikstrategie
  • Überwachung des Managements von Logistikoperationen, einschließlich Lagerhaltung, Transport, Bestandsmanagement und Lieferkettenlogistik.
  • Aufbau und Pflege starker Beziehungen zu Logistikdienstleistern, Lieferanten und internen Stakeholdern, um reibungslose Lieferkettenoperationen zu gewährleisten.
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung internationaler Handelsvorschriften, Umweltrichtlinien und Sicherheitsstandards in allen Logistikoperationen.
  • Personalauswahl und Entwicklung
  • Controlling anhand von Einkaufsstatistiken, Preisanalysen, Lieferzeiten und Qualität der gelieferten Waren.
Qualifikation
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • langjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position oder als Einkäufer im strategischen und operativen Einkauf mit Branchenerfahrung im Automotive Segment in einer internationalen Rolle
  • Starke charismatische, pragmatische und kooperative Führungspersönlichkeit mit hoher Mitarbeiterwertschätzung- und -orientierung
  • Sicheres Auftreten, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis sowie analytisches und strategisches Denken
  • Erfahrung in Aufbau und Leitung im Bereich der Logistik und Supply-Chain-Management
  • Kenntnisse der relevanten Logistikprozesse, einschließlich Zollvorschriften, Versandprotokolle und globale Handelskonformität
  • Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit zur Führung eines globalen Teams, mit ausgezeichneten zwischenmenschlichen und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Innovativ und kommunikativ
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Vertragsgestaltung
  • Gute Fremdsprachenkenntnisse und hohe globale Reisebereitschaft nach Bedarf
