International Procurement Specialist

As part of our ongoing growth, ZCC Cutting Tools Europe GmbH is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in Düsseldorf. This full-time role focuses on the procurement of technical products and involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing our operational efficiency.
Your Responsibilities:- Manage procurement processes in accordance with internal guidelines, specifically in the area of cutting tools and other company supplies.
- Conduct demand planning and procurement scheduling for assigned product categories.
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships with tool manufacturers and external service providers, ensuring seamless supply chain operations.
- Evaluate current suppliers and actively seek new sourcing opportunities.
- Engage in project work, such as expanding the product range.
- Assist with customs matters related to import and export activities.
- Provide support in logistics, particularly in intra- and distribution logistics, and related processes.
- Completed commercial studies or vocational training (e.g., as an industrial clerk).
- Experience in procurement and logistics processes, including customs regulations.
- Technical knowledge in metal processing is advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Strong analytical skills and a sales-oriented mindset.
- High service orientation, proven negotiation skills, and a sense of responsibility.
- Strong assertiveness and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse personalities.
