Automotive Network Specialist (m/w/d)

Field Service (Focus on Eastern Germany)

We are seeking a driven professional for the role of Automotive Network Specialist (m/w/d) in the area of dealer acquisition for an emerging Korean automotive brand in a field service capacity.

Your Responsibilities

  • Acquisition of new sales and service partners
  • Analysis and identification of market potentials and development of acquisition strategies
  • Establishment and maintenance of long-term relationships with potential partners
  • Negotiation and finalization of dealer agreements in accordance with brand standards and sales objectives (optional)
  • Conducting location analyses and feasibility studies for potential dealer sites
  • Coordination with internal departments such as sales, marketing, and after-sales to ensure a comprehensive brand presence
  • Organization and execution of informational events and training sessions for new dealer partners
  • Continuous market and competitive monitoring

Your Qualifications

For the position of Automotive Network Specialist (m/w/d), we are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, experience in the automotive industry, and negotiation expertise.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A completed degree in business administration, automotive management, or a comparable qualification with 2 - 3 years of professional experience
  • A high willingness to travel, particularly in the focus area of Eastern Germany
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and action, along with an independent and goal-oriented work style
  • Strong knowledge of the German automotive market and dealer network management
  • Fluent German language skills and good English proficiency, both written and spoken
  • Proficient use of MS Office and CRM systems

Work Structure and Location

  • 40 hours per week
  • Field service with a focus on Eastern Germany
  • Temporary position for 1 year (with the possibility of extension)
