Für die Abteilung Kommunikationsdienste suchen wir ab sofort tatkräftige Unterstützung:
IT-Security Planer/in
(Entgeltgruppe 14 EntTV ITDZ Berlin / TV-L Berlin / 3. ÄTV ITDZ Berlin)
- Du arbeitest im Bereich Cyber Defense Center der Landesverwaltung mit Expertenteams, nimmst deren Anforderungen auf und entwickelst die IT-Sicherheitsarchitektur weiter
- Strategische Analyse, Systemplanung und Optimierung der IT-Sicherheitsarchitektur sowie der IT-Dienstleistungen des Fachbereichs
- Du begleitest den fachlichen Teil von europaweiten Ausschreibungen und trägst aktiv zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung des CDC bei
- Du berätst die Leitung des Fachbereichs in strategischen Fragen zu Technologien des CDC, wie z.B. SIEM, EDR, SOAR und weiteren
- Du initiierst Beschaffungen und steuerst die Implementierung und Umsetzung
- Du leitest und arbeitest an IT-Sicherheitsprojekten mit und erstellst BSI-Sicherheitsprofile für die IKT-Infrastruktur
- Bei Interesse und entsprechender Eignung ist auch die Übernahme der Gruppenleitung des Administrations- und Sicherheitskoordinationsteams möglich
Unabdingbare Voraussetzungen für die Aufgaben sind:
- Master- oder Universitätsabschluss oder vergleichbare Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten.
- Fundierte Erfahrungen in der Infrastrukturplanung (Netz- und Asset-Planung)
- Umfassende Kenntnisse über IT-Sicherheitslösungen und Netzwerkkomponenten
- Kenntnisse in der Virtualisierung
- Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in der Infrastrukturkonzeption sowie Erfahrung in der Technologie-Strategieplanung
- Erfahrungen in der Durchführung von europaweiten Ausschreibungen
- Du bist bereit, eine erweiterte Sicherheitsüberprüfung (SÜ 2) gemäß § 11 des Berliner Sicherheitsüberprüfungsgesetzes (BSÜG) durchführen zu lassen
Weiterhin sind für die Aufgabenwahrnehmung von Vorteil:
- Erfahrungen in der Planung, Umsetzung und dem Betrieb von IT-Sicherheitslösungen unter Verwendung von Firewalls, WAFs, Verschlüsselungstechnologien, SIEM, Proxies, IDS/IPS, PKI, MTA oder Web-Security-Gateways
- Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Virtualisierungs- und Automatisierungsstrategien
- Kenntnisse zum IT-Grundschutz und der praktischen Umsetzung der BSI-Standards
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in der Durchführung von Kundenberatungen
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, bist kommunikationsstark, gehst strategisch vor und zeigst eine hohe Leistungsbereitschaft
