Key Responsibilities:

  • Development, maintenance, and enhancement of security protocols in line with Information Security standards
  • Providing guidance to IT operations regarding the planning, development, and management of IT infrastructure services from a security standpoint
  • Coordinating security requests and executing protective measures within IT operations
  • Analyzing and addressing potential IT security incidents and ensuring the implementation of appropriate responses

Candidate Profile:

  • Completed degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Strong understanding of operational and technical IT security protocols (particularly BSI IT-Grundschutz and/or ISO 27001)
  • Experience in a role as an IT security officer
  • Familiarity with the design, operation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure services (PLAN/BUILD/RUN)
  • Knowledge of ITIL Service Management principles (especially Incident, Change, and Service Level Management)
  • Willingness to participate in on-call duties
