Key Responsibilities- Establishing and nurturing a robust network within the designated region
- Identifying and securing new clients while ensuring customer retention

- Developing customized proposals in partnership with the internal team
- Engaging in price negotiations and finalizing contracts
- Representing the organization at industry exhibitions and events
- Proven sales experience in the construction supply sector, ideally with windows and doors
- Technical knowledge and strong consulting abilities
- High levels of self-motivation and sales proficiency
- Robust business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluency in German with strong negotiation capabilities; proficiency in English is advantageous
