Your Responsibilities
  • You'll be responsible for managing your sales region, acquiring new customers, and providing excellent service to our existing customers to build long-term relationships.
  • You'll advise our customers on our comprehensive portfolio of chemical and technical products for water treatment and processing, always keeping an eye on market trends and competition.
  • You'll negotiate and close deals independently, from creating offers to finalizing contracts.
  • You'll work closely with our internal team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • You'll plan and execute your sales activities, including customer visits and tours, independently.
  • You'll be responsible for the strategic development of your sales region, including sales growth and expansion.
What We're Looking For
  • You have a degree in a chemical or technical field (e.g., process engineering, environmental engineering, chemistry) or a comparable qualification, preferably with a technical certification.
  • You have experience in sales, preferably in the water treatment and processing industry.
  • You're a professional with excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and a high level of service orientation.
  • You're able to understand and identify the needs, challenges, or interests of your customers.
  • You enjoy working with customers and have the skills to convince them of our products through your sales talent and technical expertise.
