Role Overview:

We are in search of a dynamic Project Manager specializing in Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to enhance our Customer Experience division.

In this essential position, you will spearhead the effective market launch and growth of our cutting-edge products. Your role will also involve ensuring operational excellence within the GTM team by utilizing your strategic acumen, process enhancement expertise, and data-informed decision-making to optimize our business functions and support GTM activities.

  • Collaborate in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, partnering closely with GTM leadership on key initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate GTM performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve business results.
  • Identify and rectify inefficiencies in GTM processes, implementing enhancements and establishing best practices for operational excellence.
  • Foster collaboration between GTM and other departments such as Marketing, Sales, Product, and Demand Generation, ensuring alignment with overarching company objectives.
  • Analyze data from diverse sources to support GTM strategies, creating and maintaining dashboards and reports to track progress and performance.
  • Recognize potential risks to GTM initiatives, formulate mitigation strategies, and manage resource allocation for effective execution.
  • Lead significant GTM projects to guarantee timely and successful outcomes, coordinating with stakeholders on project scope, objectives, and timelines.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Exceptional listening skills, logical reasoning, follow-through, a proactive attitude, and outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business operations, operations management, or a related field, ideally within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the proficiency to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of SaaS industry trends and best practices.
  • Proven track record in process optimization and project management.
  • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team setting.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools, project management software, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

  • Experience in managing quotas and KPIs.
  • Highly organized with robust analytical skills.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
