Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager Go-To-Market (GTM) to join our Customer Experience department. As a key member of our team, you will drive the successful market introduction and expansion of our products, ensuring operational excellence within the GTM team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, working closely with GTM leadership on strategic initiatives.
  • Track and analyze GTM performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to enhance business outcomes.
  • Identify inefficiencies in GTM processes, implement improvements, and develop best practices to ensure operational excellence.
  • Facilitate collaboration between GTM and departments such as Marketing, Sales, Product, and Demand Gen, ensuring alignment with broader company goals.
  • Analyze data from various sources to support GTM strategies, creating and maintaining dashboards/reports to monitor progress and performance.
  • Identify potential risks to GTM initiatives, develop mitigation strategies, and manage resource allocation for effective execution.
  • Lead key GTM projects to ensure timely and successful completion, coordinating with stakeholders on project scope, goals, and timelines.

Requirements

  • Strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow-through, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
  • 2+ years of experience in business operations, operations management, or a related field, preferably within a SaaS company.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with SaaS industry trends and best practices.
  • Proven experience in process optimization and project management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools, project management software, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; any other languages are a plus.

  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
