Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Coordinator to manage our technical initiatives. This role involves overseeing the complete project lifecycle, including planning, resource management, execution, and delivery. Your robust technical expertise will be essential in navigating complex projects within a dynamic environment, ensuring that all goals are achieved effectively.

In this position, you will ensure transparency with management by providing comprehensive updates on project status, milestones, and any potential challenges. Your leadership capabilities will be vital in motivating and guiding your team, promoting collaboration and innovation throughout each project phase.

  • Ensure project delivery aligns with quality standards, adhering to agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
  • Define project tasks and resource needs, develop project schedules, and outline deliverables.
  • Specify product and functional requirements for AnyDesk's core offerings, focusing on client development and backend enhancements.
  • Organize daily project activities with the development team, offering direction and support.
  • Engage relevant stakeholders, including QA, Customer Care, and Marketing/Sales, in the product development cycle to meet expectations.
  • Monitor and control project progress, implementing corrective actions as necessary, and escalate issues when required.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for each project.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in business informatics, computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in software development and product management.
  • Exceptional listening, logical reasoning, follow-through, proactive attitude, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English and German.
