Role Overview:
We are in search of a Senior Mobile Product Owner (m/f/d) to spearhead our App division, focusing on the development of cutting-edge mobile applications that enhance the healthcare journey for our users.
Technical Environment: iOS, Android, Swift, SwiftUI, Kotlin, Node
Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership of App Division: Lead cross-functional collaboration to meet shared objectives. Emphasize stakeholder engagement to align on business targets, prioritizing the roadmap for maximum value delivery.
- Cross-Product Collaboration: Manage dependencies and facilitate team interactions to ensure the delivery of tangible value to our customers.
- Empowerment of Product Owners: Mentor and nurture the Product Owners within your division, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Strategic Development and Product Discovery: Inspire your team to engage in iterative problem-solving with a user-centered focus. Balance the exploration of new opportunities with the delivery of impactful solutions.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in Product Ownership: Proven track record as a Product Owner or Product Manager in the mobile/app sector is essential. Familiarity with complex, customer-facing products and the ability to develop and execute product roadmaps is required.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in German is necessary, as collaboration with German-speaking stakeholders and team members is integral to the role.
- Team Leadership: Experience in leading a team of Product Owners or Product Managers. Strong listening abilities to understand team members' needs and challenges, providing essential support.
- Agile Methodologies: Background in working with cross-functional software development teams, applying agile principles effectively in daily operations.
- User-Centric Approach: Passionate about user research, including user shadowing and interviews. Proficient in analyzing data with user insights and collaborating with UX and design professionals to develop optimal solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across various levels of the organization. Capable of collaborating closely with stakeholders from diverse business areas to drive customer value.
