Senior Product Owner

Our Product team is looking for a Senior Product Owner (all genders) to join our Core Experience & Product department. We are looking for a Product enthusiast with a deep understanding of e-commerce systems and interest in owning the user experience for customer facing platforms. If you enjoy researching new technology trends, understanding technical complexity, and analyzing the impact of data on a strategic and hands-on level, then we would love to hear from you
Your role
Define and communicate product vision and strategy Lead a cross-functional domain team focused on enhancing the user experience Act as a sparring partner for the domain team and stakeholders to maximize value and ensure business and user benefits Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features Utilize data-driven approaches to inform product decisions Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement Work closely with the Development team to ensure timely and high-quality deliveryYour profile
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product OwnerYou have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills on a senior leadership level, as well as with cross-functional teams You have excellent analytical skills with demonstrated experience in turning data into actionable insights You have a positive, people-orientated and energetic attitudeYou have deep understanding of business strategy and metrics You have a highly entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action & customer-focused innovation Nice to have:Fluency in German is a plus What we offer you
Full transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 65.000€ and 85.000€ gross per year.
