Within the Mobile Tribe, we manage the Private Bank's mobile application portfolio in Germany. Our cross-functional, customer-focused teams aim to deliver top-tier mobile solutions to our clients and partners.
We are establishing a new squad to enhance our capabilities in the card domain. This team will focus on advancing our mobile white-label platform by improving our native Android and iOS card management functionalities for credit and debit cards, while also refining our codebase for both standalone applications and SDK integration scenarios.
Current flagship initiatives in this area include the payment solution for a prominent sports club, the mobile application for a major credit card program, and a new card experience for our clients.
As the Product Owner for Mobile Cards, you will lead this newly formed squad. Collaborating with your team, you will create and deliver an exceptional card experience that delights our customers. Alongside the Chief Product Owner and the Mobile Payment Product Owner, you will define, refine, and advance the vision for the future card experience at Deutsche Bank Group.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- As a Product Owner, your primary focus will be on delivering value through your solutions for both the customer and the bank. You will ensure the successful and sustainable delivery of your product in collaboration with your agile team and relevant stakeholders.
- Considering strategic objectives, customer needs, and technological advancements, you will maintain a comprehensive perspective. You will drive the product vision and delivery roadmap, ensuring alignment and prioritization in daily operations.
- As a 'Servant Leader', you will empower your team to work autonomously and foster personal growth. You will prioritize the well-being of the group and cultivate an environment where open communication, reliability, and collective goal achievement are core values.
- You are a proactive team player with a background in agile environments. You have served as a Product Owner or in a similar capacity for 5-7 years, with a proven track record of delivering complex software products in an agile setting.
- You possess extensive experience in creating digital products, particularly mobile applications.
- Strong analytical and product management skills are essential, including the ability to interpret customer and business needs and translate them into epics, story maps, and user stories.
- You have relevant people management experience, ideally in an interdisciplinary or international context.
- You exhibit a can-do attitude and entrepreneurial mindset, approaching challenges pragmatically and with a solution-oriented approach.
- You communicate fluently in both German and English, both written and spoken.
