Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Teamleiter für die Entwicklung von Prüfmitteln, der unsere Mitarbeiter und unsere Kunden mit seiner Führungskompetenz und seiner Fachexpertise unterstützt.

Aufgaben
  • Die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams mit ca. 20 Mitarbeitenden im Bereich der Prüfmittelentwicklung
  • Die Weiterentwicklung von Strategien zur Testability von R&S-Geräten mit der Entwicklung, der Fertigung, dem Service und Kunden
  • Die übergeordnete Koordination von Neuanlauf-Projekten und die Leitung von Sonderprojekten
  • Die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen der Mitarbeiter und des Teams
Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Nachrichten- oder Elektrotechnik, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Anwendung und Entwicklung elektronischer Mess- und Prüftechnik sowie in der Konzeption und Entwicklung von automatischen Testsystemen (Hard- und Software)
  • Idealweise Führungserfahrung oder Erfahrungen aus der Teilnahme an einem Talentprogramm
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und Freude an Veränderungsprozessen im Engineering
