IT Specialist / System Administrator for Voice and Data (m/f/d)

What You Can Expect From Us:

In this role, you will manage the advanced network infrastructure both on-site and in the cloud. You will assist in the integration of new systems into our existing framework.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing Cisco-based system administration for LAN, WLAN, and WAN connections, as well as managing telecommunication systems and SBCs (Unify, Astimax, Mitel, and Audiocodes).
  • Administering various provider connections and on-premises cabling in both fiber optic and copper.
  • Ensuring the operation of highly redundant systems by participating in a regular on-call duty.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • A completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) or a degree in computer science, information technology, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • Initial professional experience in network administration, network monitoring, as well as VoIP and SIP, complemented by familiarity with ticketing systems.
  • Certifications in CCNA, CCNP, and AudioCodes-SBC or Unify/Mitel telecommunication systems are advantageous.
  • Proficient German language skills, both written and spoken, along with a valid driver's license (Class B).
