Lead EagleBurgmann's Financial Reporting and Consolidation Efforts

As a Group Accounting & Consolidation Manager, you will spearhead the financial reporting process for EagleBurgmann, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international accounting standards. You will play a pivotal role in consolidating financial statements from various subsidiaries, developing robust reporting processes, and collaborating closely with finance teams across the organization.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the consolidation of financial statements for EagleBurgmann's global operations, adhering to IFRS guidelines.
  • Develop and implement efficient reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate financial information dissemination.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex accounting issues and contribute to the resolution of financial discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance teams, operational departments, and management, to gather financial data and provide insightful analysis.
  • Liaise with external auditors, supporting audit planning and execution processes.
  • Contribute to special projects, such as mergers and acquisitions, by providing financial due diligence and reporting support.
Your Profile:
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Business Engineering, or hold a Certified Accountant qualification.
  • Demonstrate several years of experience in Group accounting, consolidation, or related financial roles within multinational organizations.
  • Exhibit expert knowledge of consolidation methods and processes, with a strong understanding of IFRS accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Hyperion Financial Management software is essential.
  • Possess advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Fluent in German and English.
