We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant (m/w/d) to join our team at avaria Personalmanagement GmbH. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and contributing to the success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external clients
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and other administrative tasks
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
