Key Responsibilities
- Administration, configuration, and support of IT systems
- Maintenance and management of IT hardware and software
- Collaboration with vendors based on existing support agreements
- Proactive monitoring and management of data backup processes
- Ensuring the operational integrity of IT systems, applications, and associated subsystems
- Independent execution and collaboration on IT projects aimed at optimizing and expanding the IT infrastructure
- Development and revision of IT processes
- Serving as a point of contact and support for internal staff regarding IT-related inquiries, including user training and IT client system management
Candidate Profile
- Completed degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent IT training with several years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems, MS Office, IP-based network structure and administration, databases, Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services, and IT security
- Proficient in both written and spoken German
- Quick learner with strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational abilities
- Process-oriented and solution-focused working style
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, innovative mindset, assertiveness, teamwork capability, commitment, and reliability
