Commercial Business Performance Expert

As a key member of the Sales & Service group, you will play a critical role in driving Market Intelligence for Aftersales at Hyundai. Your primary focus will be on analyzing Parts and Accessories sales and profitability growth, identifying best practices, and developing strategies to improve performance.
Key Accountabilities- Conduct in-depth analysis of Parts/UIO and Acc/NCS performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Evaluate the feasibility of alternative commercial targets, including profitability matrices and KPIs.
- Manage the monthly P&A Sales & Profit reporting cycle with markets.
- Support the development of NSC's Commercial Strategy by providing tailored recommendations.
- Contribute to the preparation of quarterly P&A Executive Summaries.
- Analyze the status of Commercial Structure & Strategy from G11 Markets and top Distributor Markets.
- Conduct market analysis, including financial data, key performance indicators, and profitability streams.
- Develop and monitor data quality metrics to ensure business data and reporting needs are met.
- University Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a related position or specialization.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Experienced Excel user.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, and other languages are an advantage.
