Senior Compliance Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance professional to join our team at Selby Jennings. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant national and international regulations governing the cryptocurrency sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective compliance programs to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving regulatory standards and provide guidance on necessary actions to remain compliant.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree or relevant certification a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Anti-Financial-Crime frameworks and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Fluency in English and German.
