Job Title: Senior Compliance Manager

As a Senior Compliance Manager at 360T AG, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and programs to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and assess the company's compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues.
  • Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters.
  • Investigate and respond to reports of compliance violations and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with senior management, legal counsel, and other stakeholders to address compliance issues and develop effective compliance strategies.
  • Develop, coordinate, and maintain 360T AG's outsourcing oversight function according to the applicable outsourcing policy.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and external auditors.
  • Prepare and present compliance reports to the company's board of directors and executive leadership.
Requirements:
  • State Examination or equivalent degree in law (LLM or Master of Business law).
  • At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in the area of banks focusing on Compliance.
  • Previous experience in a compliance role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong consulting skills, above-average communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • High degree of independence, process orientation, analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Decision-making ability and results orientation.
  • High ethical standards and a commitment to integrity and transparency.
  • Team spirit.
  • Fluent in German and English, both orally and in writing.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office products and other Compliance investigative tools.
