Your Responsibilities

  • Manage project teams and coordinate activities for assigned projects.
  • Establish, maintain, and manage project schedules, focusing on deviation analysis and its impacts.
  • Develop clear work breakdown structures to efficiently reach project goals, including lot definitions for tendering, RFI, and RFP processes.
  • Ensure all acceptance criteria are met for each contractual scope, as per contract terms.
  • Inform leadership of project risks, particularly impacts on scope, finances, schedule, HSSEQ, and external parties.
  • Focus on process improvement, implementing digital systems and modern technologies for efficient construction and project management lifecycle.
  • Actively promote a safe working culture.
  • Report to the Head of Construction and Project Management on scope, finances, schedule, and HSSEQ of assigned projects.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in managing large-scale or multiple mid-sized local and international solar projects.
  • Basic understanding of Civil, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical concepts and drawings.
  • Experience managing teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Able to work independently and as a team, handling and prioritizing multiple tasks.
  • Advanced MS Project scheduling knowledge and techniques.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (other European languages a plus).
  • Ability and willingness to travel.
  • Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) or International Project Management Association (IPMA) Certification.
  • Preferred: Strong understanding of Lean, Agile, and Waterfall management principles.
