Senior Network Architect

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our team at JOTEC GmbH. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement network architectures to meet business requirements
- Configure and manage network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Develop and implement network security measures to protect against cyber threats
- Collaborate with the security team to ensure robust security measures are in place
- Conduct thorough technical analysis and document all activities
- Produce detailed reports and findings for management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years experience in network engineering, with 5 years in customer-facing positions
- Strong understanding of PCBSA/PCNSE with Palo Alto Firewalls, including Panorama and Prisma Access
- CCNP or equivalent experience with Cisco switches, firewalls, and routers
- High standard of quality for support and experience working in a global environment
- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills, highly organized, and strong communication skills
- Proficiency in both German and English
