Key Responsibilities:- Lead Game Design: Develop and implement game design strategies that drive player engagement and revenue growth.
- Design Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of game designers to ensure that they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
- Game Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop games that meet our quality and engagement standards.
- Game Balance and Economy: Ensure that game balance and economy are optimized to drive player engagement and revenue growth.
- Prototyping and Testing: Develop and test game prototypes to validate design concepts and identify areas for improvement.
- Game Design Documentation: Create and maintain game design documentation to ensure that design decisions are well-documented and easily accessible.
- Staying Up-to-Date: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in game design to ensure that our games remain competitive and engaging.
- Leadership Experience: 5+ years of experience in game design leadership, including 2+ years of experience managing design teams.
