Game Design Lead

At AppLike Group, we're expanding our focus to hybrid and casual gaming sectors, and we're looking for a seasoned Game Design Lead to drive our game design strategy. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our games and ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement game design strategies that align with our company goals and vision.
  • Lead and mentor a team of game designers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless game development and launch.
  • Analyze game performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven design decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our games.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in game design, with at least 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in game design, with a strong portfolio of games that demonstrate your expertise.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed design decisions.
  • Proficiency in Unity and other game development tools, with a strong understanding of game mechanics and design principles.
