EMEA Business Growth Director (m/w/d)

IC Resources, a prominent player in the field of test and measurement solutions, is seeking an EMEA Business Growth Director (m/w/d).

In this pivotal role, the Business Growth Director will concentrate on the EMEA commercial landscape to spearhead and enhance new business opportunities in Semiconductor Validation and Electronics Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilizing a robust understanding of RF and Mixed-Signal domains, you will work in close collaboration with business unit leaders and account managers.
  • Refine and implement business strategies, pinpoint target accounts, and achieve aligned objectives to validate our offerings and secure customer loyalty.
  • Engage with marketing professionals, product managers, and R&D teams to develop compelling technical content.
  • Partner with test integration collaborators to explore new markets and co-create business ventures.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with industry experts and decision-makers within target accounts, positioning innovative solutions to meet customer demands.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering is essential.
  • A proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through influence to achieve business outcomes.
  • Experience working across diverse cultures and countries within a global organization.
  • Technical expertise and/or system development experience in 4G and 5G RAN and testing within the telecommunications sector.
  • Knowledge of major mixed-signal semiconductor products, including Power Management ICs, Signal Chains, Sensors, and Data Converters.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience in business development, sales, technical services, product development, and market expansion within the telecommunications industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong abilities in active listening, persuasion, and negotiation.
  • Willingness to travel 10%-25% within the EMEA region.
