Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in technical procurement activities; Collaborate in pricing discussions with vendors; Secure quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Generate requests and orders in alignment with project and site management; Oversee order processing and pricing updates within the ERP system.
  • Support inventory management and stocktaking; Handle contract communications and maintain contract documentation.
  • Conduct cost assessments; Prepare budget forecasts; Sustain procurement price comparisons.
  • Monitor market trends and identify potential new local partners.
Candidate Profile
  • Education: Technical qualification complemented by business training or a commercial background with experience in electrical engineering.
  • Experience: Proven track record in contract negotiations and cost-effective purchasing.
  • Skills: Competent in computer usage; Familiarity with Navision is advantageous.
  • Personality: Strong communication and teamwork abilities; Quick learner; Assertive and confident in dealings with suppliers.
  • Work Style: Self-directed and organized approach to tasks.
  • Languages: Fluent in German; Proficiency in English is a plus.
