About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist Quality Management to join our team at MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group. As a key member of our quality management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards for our own brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with international purchasing projects and subject matter experts in the field of product quality.
- Work independently with various departments, national organizations, service providers, and suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
- Support the implementation of quality inspections and conformity assessments for our products.
- Analyze and develop root cause analyses to improve product quality.
- Support incident management and contribute to the development of quality management guidelines.
Requirements
- Completed technical studies or equivalent professional training.
- Technical understanding of products in the MediaMarktSaturn product range.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Word.
- Analytical thinking and structured work approach, as well as coordination skills.
- High quality awareness, accuracy, and punctuality.
- High reliability and self-motivation.
- Enjoy working in an international team.
- Knowledge of corporate sustainability management is an asset.
- Excellent German and English language skills.
