About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to join our team at the City of Dortmund. As a project manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing large-scale building projects, including urban development, infrastructure, and public buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Lead and manage project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government agencies.
- Monitor and control project costs, timelines, and quality.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in urban development or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
