About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our real estate development projects from conception to completion. As a Diplom Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to construction and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage real estate development projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Manage project risks and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, investors, and partners

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate development, project management, or a related field
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction, architecture, and engineering principles
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
