Überblick über die Aufgaben:

Als Facility Manager & Services Professional bei Siemens Healthineers sind Sie für die Sicherstellung der Services für unsere Gebäude, Gebäudesystemtechnik und Infrastruktur verantwortlich.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

  • Die Veranlassung und Beauftragung von Facility Services (Werkfeuerwehr, Infrastrukturdienste, Restaurant-Services) und die Mitarbeit bei der Gestaltung und Fortschreibung von Verträgen im Facility Management (Miet-, Energie- und Betreiberverträge)
  • Die Steuerung aller Beschaffungsaktivitäten von Planungs-, Dienst- und Bauleistungen, einschließlich der Erstellung und Veranlassung von Limit-Bestellungen, Abrufbestellungen und Rahmenverträgen sowie der Koordination der Umsetzung der Vertragsinhalte
  • Die Leitung der Verhandlung der jährlichen Lieferanten- und Dienstleistungs-Konditionen für Rahmenverträge und die Erteilung von Verhandlungsempfehlungen
  • Die Durchführung von Ausschreibungsverfahren unter Berücksichtigung der projektbezogenen Anforderungen und die Teilnahme an den Vergabeverhandlungen
  • Die Zusammenarbeit mit den Einkaufsorganisationen der SHDP GmbH und der SHS Real Estate Germany, um die Beschaffungsaktivitäten sicherzustellen
  • Die Umsetzung eines effizienten Lieferantenmanagements, einschließlich der Identifizierung und Bewertung potenzieller neuer Auftragnehmer und der kontinuierlichen Überprüfung der Einbindung technologischer Innovationen am Markt
  • Die Unterstützung bei der jährlichen Planung und Kalkulation des Facility Management Budgets (Projekte, Energien, Reparaturen, Wartung, Services)
  • Die Gewährleistung des Kostencontrollings im Verantwortungsbereich, einschließlich der Durchführung von Soll-/Ist-Vergleichen aller erbrachten Leistungen und der Überwachung der Auswirkungen vereinbarter Maßnahmen
  • Die Identifizierung und Ermittlung von Einsparpotenzialen

Qualifikationen und Erfahrung:

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Facility-Management, Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen- oder Facilitymanagement-Umfeld und gute Kenntnisse in der Kostenkalkulation, im Reporting und Controlling
  • Grundkenntnisse im Projektmanagement
  • Versierte Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit den Programmen MS-Office, SAP und Beschaffungs- und Controlling-Systemen
  • Erfolgreiche Verhandlungskompetenz in Lieferantenbeziehungen
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Vertragsmanagement

  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischgrundkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Freude an der Arbeit an nachhaltigen und kundenorientierten Lösungen
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie gutes Planungs- und Organisationsvermögen
  • Eine ausgeprägte Motivation zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Prozesse sowie die Aufgeschlossenheit gegenüber Veränderungen
