Facilities Operations Manager

Position Overview
The Facilities Operations Manager is accountable for the strategic planning, execution, and enhancement of services across a specified portfolio of properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize all operational services within the assigned property cluster.
- Act as the primary liaison for clients to establish service requirements, prepare proposals, and finalize lease contracts.
- Supervise initiatives related to property enhancement and upkeep.
- Participate in client-driven renovation and expansion initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with fellow managers to develop and implement real estate management and maintenance strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of two property caretakers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Building Services, Facility Management, or Engineering; or a professional certification in Real Estate, Architecture, or HVAC with relevant advanced training.
- Proven track record in Facility Management and property operations, with a solid understanding of applicable regulations and standards.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, strong communication skills, and a high level of commitment.
- Hands-on experience with Office software and Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems.
