Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Technical Partnerships Manager to join our Carrier Operations team to drive performance improvements of key carrier partnerships. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the support and growth of a portfolio of the world's leading bus carriers.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver commercial and technical initiatives cross-functionally.
- Define and implement processes while constantly looking for areas of automation.
- Build relationships and increase stickiness to our product and company.
- Guide product development for our core product.
- Conceptualize and implement operational processes & tooling.
- Collaborate with all central functions and international teams.
- Drive strategic projects across the organization.
- 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., Consulting/Product/Partnership teams in start-ups).
- Languages: You speak a relevant language to the geography of the role (ie: Spanish for Spain, or an Eastern European language for Eastern Europe).
- Working knowledge of APIs and integration technologies, or a strong technical acumen and the ability to pick up technology quickly.
- Naturally build strong commercial and technical relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Strong data analytics skills, enabling you to derive valuable insights to drive business decisions.
- Effective in cross-functional project management, collaborating closely with both product and engineering teams.
- Strong attention to detail, often finding bugs or mistakes in products and proactively fixing them.
