IT Project Leader - Real Estate

As a pivotal figure in steering IT initiatives for our internal stakeholders within the property sector, you will thrive in a collaborative environment. Join our supportive team at Union IT-Services GmbH and engage in the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee IT initiatives for our internal stakeholders in the real estate investment sector
  • Advise internal stakeholders on processes and IT assistance with an emphasis on digital innovation
  • Drive the digital transformation agenda
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, software developers, and external partners
  • Enhance and promote agile methodologies

This role is intended as a temporary position.

We believe you will be a great fit if you possess:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience in managing intricate IT projects (SAP/SAP-BW), utilizing both traditional and agile methodologies
  • Preferably experience in requirements analysis and the planning and execution of migrations
  • Familiarity with agile project management techniques, such as Scrum or Kanban, along with knowledge of ITIL standards; ITIL Foundation certification is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
  • A collaborative approach, demonstrating respect, enthusiasm, and teamwork
