Job Title: Purchasing IT Business Owner

Bosch Group is seeking a highly skilled Purchasing IT Business Owner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing IT governance concepts for procurement, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT governance concepts for procurement, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Support the design and evaluation of new purchasing solutions, including SAP ECC and external interfaces.
  • Validate and implement IT solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.
  • Coordinate and conduct acceptance tests, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Support the introduction of IT solutions and corresponding training measures in Purchasing.
  • Monitor and improve IT tools and processes, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate and support the creation of IT business requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Maintain existing data sources, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Manage key users for IT applications in Purchasing, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct regular market observations and follow current IT trends in the purchasing environment.

Requirements:

  • Completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable degree program.
  • Several years of professional experience in supply chain, purchasing, and logistics, with expertise in IT tools, including Ivalua.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills.
