Your Responsibilities:
- Preparation and management of freight documentation for both domestic and international shipments
- Coordination of scheduled shipments to ensure timely departures
- Data transmission of customer order information
- Facilitating communication between dispatch and the handling warehouse
- Compliance with quality standards and safety protocols
Your Profile:
- Completed vocational training in relevant sectors such as logistics, forwarding, or similar
- Prior experience in order processing and handling is beneficial
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate across various internal and external teams
- Proficient in standard MS Office applications
- Good command of the German language
- Flexibility to work shifts, primarily late shifts from approximately 12:00 to 20:00
