Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and management of freight documentation for both domestic and international shipments.
- Coordination of scheduled shipments to ensure prompt truck departures.
- Data transmission of customer orders.
- Facilitating communication between dispatch and warehouse operations.
- Compliance with quality assurance standards and safety protocols.
Candidate Profile:
- Completed vocational training in fields such as logistics, forwarding, or related areas.
- Prior experience in order management and processing is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to working with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in standard MS Office software.
- Fluent in German.
- Availability for shift work, primarily during late hours from 12:00 to 20:00.
